Eagle Exterior Contractors recently completed a comprehensive concrete drainage solution at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The project addressed standing water issues that were affecting pedestrian walkways and surrounding landscaping. The team carefully evaluated site elevations, improved grading, and installed strategically placed concrete swales to direct water away from building foundations. Reinforced concrete was poured to ensure durability and long-term performance in Wisconsin’s freeze-thaw climate. Control joints were incorporated to manage expansion and prevent cracking. The completed drainage system now improves safety, protects campus infrastructure, and provides reliable water management during heavy rains and seasonal weather changes.
